3. Booking Policy

• All sessions must be booked through our website or designated booking platform.

• Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

• Clients are advised to double-check all details before confirming their booking.
   

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made within 1 hour of booking the session.

• No refunds will be processed after the 1-hour window has elapsed.

• If a session is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
   

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
