Cancellation Policy

At Oneness by Reedhima, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise, requiring you to cancel your session. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Client Cancellations: - A cancellation request must be made within 1 hour of booking to be eligible for a refund. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 1-hour window has passed. - If you need to cancel, please email us at reedhimapsharma@gmail.com with your booking details. 2. Rescheduling Instead of Canceling: - If you cannot attend your session, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior may not be accommodated. 3. Cancellations by Oneness by Reedhima: - In the rare event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. - Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your session at a later date. 4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced without a refund. - If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
